Organ Meditation : The Six Healing Sounds
For more practices of the Universal Healing Tao click here
This healing meditation focuses on the organs: each organ is associated with a simple hand movement and a sound. With the vibration of this specific sound, you can transform your emotions, from negative to positive. (Your Five Organs) Hate can be transformed into happiness (Heart), worry into trust (Spleen), sadness into courage (Lungs), fear into gentleness (Kidneys), anger into generosity (Liver). Emotions are energy. So, don't fight against them, suppress them or dump them on somebody else: create new positive energy for yourself.

The Triple Warmer sound "Heeeeeee" serves to balance the temperature of the three levels by bringing hot energy down to the lower center and cold energy up to the higher center. Specifically, hot energy from the area of the heart is moved to the colder sexual region, and cold energy from the lower abdomen is moved up to the heart's region.
